Week 2
You have made it through the hardest part of the challenge, I promise it will get easier from here! This week we take more of a focus on what we are eating. Typically, todays diet contains about 65% carbohydrates, that is just far too many carbs for our bodies to handle. That being said, this weeks good habit, is limiting yourself to having only 20% or less, of your daily intake, be from carbs per day! Keep doing the 8hr eating window, or less, as we have now gotten ourselves into a sufficient daily routine! Don't forget to leave a comment, on how the first week went! Remember, it must get challenging before you obtain any sort of benefit! Ingredients:
