Kepra Jack, RN, BSN
Kepra Jack was an Emergency Room Nurse and Paramedic Educator for 15 years. Kepra has become an expert in the health and wellness of our Public Safety providers and has spent the last 7 years helping build our testing and education programs. Kepra works with various fire departments and law enforcement agencies, across Arizona and Massachusetts to educate members on relevant health risks specific to their jobs. Kepra works continuously to expand the scope of the HeartFit program to identify key partners in the healthcare community to help develop early detection programs that focus on Cancer and Cardiac risk. Sitting on the multiple NFPA committees gives Kepra the insight of changes to help direct the programs to keep our First Responders healthy.
She is married to a Firefighter and has a vested interest in the health and wellness of the First Responder community. Kepra has dedicated her career to the public safety community and teaches throughout Arizona and Massachusetts. Kepra brings her passion for patient care along with her extensive knowledge of this community, their lifestyles, risk and challenges to our practice.
Kepra has 4 kids and 6 grandchildren which keep her busy.
Medical Director-Joshua Zeidler, DO
Josh has been a staple in the Emergency Medical arena since 2001. Josh is currently the EMS Medical Director for both Mercy Gilbert and Chandler Regional Hospital. He is also the Medical Director for Gilbert Fire and Rescue, Chandler Fire, Health and Medical, Sun Lakes Fire, Gila River FD, PMT Ambulance and Chandler Gilbert Community College Paramedic/EMT program. Josh is a certified EMS physician and brings his immense knowledge of the fire service and the challenges of the job to our practice.
Terrain Foust, FNP-C
Terrain brings his knowledge of Family Medicine, Mental Health and Public Safety to our practice. Terrain grew up in the Phoenix area and completed his NP Program at NAU. Terrain worked as a Wildland Firefighter before completing his education. Terrain has spent his career working on creating wellness plans for patients through diet, exercise and sleep pattern improvements. His background with both mental health and the Firefighter community helps keep HeartFit on the cutting edge of medicine.
Jenica Rasmussen, NP
Jenica was a registered nurse in many specialities over 17 years. She spent a majority of those years in the emergency department and as a flight nurse caring for critically ill patients. She went on to become a Nurse Practitioner. Jenica is passionate about educating and caring for public safety so that they can provide care to our communities and live healthy lives.
Kelsey Rivers, RN, BSN
Kelsey was born and raised in Arizona. She comes from an Arizona public safety family. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Community Health and a Bachelor's in Nursing. After helping to develop health and wellness programs for first responders through the 100 Club of Arizona, Kelsey continued to pursue a nursing career caring for first responders and their families. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family her free time.
