MOVE YOUR BODY
Most tend to think if you are not doing a workout, then you are not physically active, though this is not always the case. As long as we are establishing a habit of moving our bodies, and elevating our heart rates above our normal rate for, no less than 30mins. This is what we classify physical activity, be creative and here's some examples, just incase!
- Body Weight Exercising
- Balance Work (Slacklining)
- Recreational Sports
