10 Walk outs
10 Lunges (ea. leg)
10 Spiderman Push ups
10 Alt. Planking Knees to Elbows (ea. side)
Don't forget to stretch 2 to 3 times daily, as our bodies cannot properly progress without taking them back to a recovered state!
