Here is a great workout to kick you back into your weekly routine! Nifty Fifty 10 Burpees 10 Walk outs 10 Lunges (ea. leg) 10 Spiderman Push ups 10 Alt. Planking Knees to Elbows (ea. side) Don't forget to stretch 2 to 3 times daily, as our bodies cannot properly progress without taking them back to a recovered state!
