3-5 Rounds 25 Air Squats 10 Push Ups 25 Walking Lunges 10 Close Grip Push Ups 25 Single Leg Glute Thrusts 10 Push Ups 1 Minute Plank At the top of each minute complete: 10 Burpees 10 Jump Tucks 10 Jumping Pull Ups How ever many seconds are remaining in that minute is your rest phase, see how many rounds you can get! GOOD LUCK! Definition of "Chipper"- One of those workouts that you just need to chip away at until it is finished. GET IT DONE!
